The Steelworks 12 ga zinc-plated steel flats are perfect for a number of uses including support braces, safety guards, gate latches, ladder hangers and garage doors. These flats feature an electro-plated zinc coating that gives the steel a clean, bright look while also protecting against rust. Steel that is zinc-plated should not be welded due to toxic fumes.
