Black Swan® wet-or-dry PVC cement medium is a blue, medium bodied, extremely fast set, very high-strength PVC solvent cement used to join PVC pipe and fittings. For all classes and schedules of pipe and fittings through 6 in Dia, SCH 80 through 4 in Dia. Wet-or-dry PVC cement is specially formulated for applications where conditions are very wet or very quick pressurization is desired. Wet-or-dry PVC cement is most effective when used in temperature ranges from 40 to 100 deg F.
