Hardwood T-Molding floor transition provides a smooth transition between adjoining floors without exposed fasteners. The leg of the T-Molding is placed between two equal height floors to bridge the gap and cover the seam. Easily installed on wood and concrete subfloors using construction adhesive (sold separately).
